Rotary Club of Panvel Elite proudly carried out a significant donation drive to support the educational needs of children in Happy Village, Pen. Recognizing the insufficiency of government-provided notebooks, which cover only one term, our club stepped in to address this critical gap. Upon assessing the situation through the Rotary Community Corps (RCC), it became evident that students were struggling to continue their studies in the second term due to the lack of basic educational supplies. Understanding the importance of uninterrupted learning, we took prompt action to ensure these young learners have the resources they need to succeed. In a heartfelt ceremony, the Rotary Club of Panvel Elite donated a total of 450 notebooks to 150 students, ensuring that each child received three notebooks. This initiative not only provided the necessary materials for the second term but also reinforced our commitment to supporting education and fostering a brighter future for the children of Happy Village. The joy and gratitude expressed by the students and their families underscored the impact of our efforts. This donation is a testament to the power of community action and the Rotary Club's dedication to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. We extend our sincere thanks to all club members and volunteers who made this initiative possible. Their hard work and dedication are the driving forces behind our successful outreach programs. Together, we continue to strive for educational equity and community upliftment.
