They say Service to humanity is service to the god. One of the aspects of serving society is serving the elderly people who are deprived of an opportunity to spend their lives with their family for various reasons. That being said, Rotary Club of Panvel Elite organized a lunch meal donation project on 02nd July 2021 at Karuneshwar Old Age Care House at Bhangar Village which houses about 35 elderly and 10 staff members. These lunch boxes were sponsored by Ann Jyotsna Manoj Munot in the memory of Late. Sarasbai Manakchandji Munot – Mother of Rtn. Manoj Munot and grand-mother of Rtn. Raj Munot. It turned out to be a humbling experience for all the Rotarians and Anns who volunteered for this project. It was heart-warming to see the smiles and happiness on the faces of elderly who blessed us. We believe these blessings will go a long way in helping us to undertake many more service projects in order to change lives. This project was featured in Rotary News Plus Magazine - August 2021 Issue (Page 31).
