It is said that, “Not all brothers have same surname”. We are referring to brothers who protect our nation to ensure we live a peaceful life in our country. As a gesture of gratitude and on occasion of Raksha Bandhan and Independence Day, 2 members of Rotary Club of Panvel Elite – Rtn. Manjushree Patwardhan and Rtn. Suniti Dixit celebrated this festival of siblings on 15th August, 2019 with soldiers at “Patthar Sahib Gurudwara” located on the way from Leh to Kargil and “Indo Tibetans Security Force Center” located near Leh. The happiness was palpable on the faces of the brave soldiers. We, at Rotary Club of Panvel Elite feel that this is the least that we could do for our beloved and respected brothers from another mothers.
