Minutes of Meeting	1. Minutes of Last BOD meeting were read by President Rtn. Aditya Joshi. 2. Club Program and Activities: ✓ A Family Night program is proposed in the month of January/February. 3. Upcoming Service Projects: ✓ Meal Donation to 350 Disable Students on occasion of International Week of Persons with Disability on 3rd December 2023 at Banthia High School, New Panvel. Details of the project to be followed. 4. Any other matter: ✓ AG Visit is Scheduled on Thursday, 7th December 2023. Time and Venue will be confirmed in couple of days. ✓ DG's Official Club Visit is scheduled on Thursday, 21st December 2023. Time and Venue will be confirmed in following week. Request all the members to mark their calendars for these two important visits. ✓ Club Election: Election for the Club President for the year 26-27 was declared in the previous BOD and the committee was also formed and declared. The forms were made available at Rtn. Ashish Mehta's Shop. Last day for filling the nomination forms is 30th November 2023. The name will be announced by the in the 2nd week meeting of December. ✓ Rtn. Manoj Munot has appealed to arrange a special board meeting for discussing issues on Club's and Club's Trust Vision and Activities. Due to stringent norms by income tax department and various government schemes, Rtn. Manoj Munot feels that we should rethink on our Club's Objective in terms of Service Projects.
