| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of General Meeting Date: 25/2/23 Time: 8.30pm Venue: Likhite Hospital followed by snacks 1.Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite informed the members about the initiative of Panvel Municipal Corporation - to conduct a health check up camp at all schools under PMC. we have decided to undertake CKT School, New Panvel which has 2000 students. We plan to collaborate with other 6-7 doctors and complete the checkup in a week's time. 2. Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite informed and invited all the members to the Joint Meeting with RC Panvel City on 27th Feb on the occasion of Book Launch by Rtn. Dr. Rajesh Kapse 3. She also updated the members about the Women @ 40 project on occasion of Women's Day. We will be felicitating 5-6 Women for their exemplary work in their profession and socially. We also have a blood donation camp on the same day. This event is on 5th March 2023 4. In the Anns meeting, all the Anns have contributed to Donate an E learning kit to the needy school. The school will be identified by RCC Surendra Vyvhare and Rtn. Neeraj Kothari. 5. It was discussed to have a Holi celebration with Anns and Rotaractors. Venue and time yet to be decided. 6. We have our first Interact Club Installation on 21st March 2023. Details to follow soon from Rtn. Raj Munot. 7. The fundraiser Hasya Kavi Sammelan will be led by Rtn. Rajesh Mehta. He shall form his committee and update us on the progress in the coming week. |
