| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Discussion on projects to be executed on 28th January in Happy Village: Our happy village project which was scheduled on 28th January is postponed to the 2nd week of Feb (12th to 20th Feb) The date will be finalized shortly by Rtn Neeraj Kothari and RCC Mr. Surendra Vyvahare. We have 12 projects that day. 1. Inauguration of the Toilet block. 2. Eye check-up for almost 400 students in association with R J Shankara Eye Hospital 3. E-learning kit donation at 4 places 4. Around donation of 30 Cycles 5. Orientation Seminar regarding preparation for exams for 9th and 10th std Students 6. Saree Donation 7. Old clothes donation 8. Deworming tab distribution. 9. Talk on Plastic ban 10. Talk about Menstrual hygiene 11. How to prevent Malnutrition. 12. Healthy Tiffin Recipes. 2. Discussion about the upcoming project on 26th January: Venue: Belavli High school and ZP school Belavli 1. Flag Hoisting 2. Peace Rally with 350 students 3. Speech competition 4. Singing competition 5. Felicitation of children for speech on account of National youth day 6. Free HB check-up on account of National Girl Child Day. 3. We, also discussed about the upcoming major projects in the month of February and March:." Feb: 4th Feb - Under mission Roshni Eye check-up for 270 children will be conducted by RJ Shankara Eye Hosp at the New English school Panvel. And 5 more projects in the same school will be conducted. 19th Feb - Fund Raiser Dream Run "Saree Run" This will be in synergy with Vienna Events. 4. Discussion on one more Fund Raising event "Hasya Kavi Sammelan" which would be on the 11th or 12th of March It was proposed that minimum of 15000-25000 Rs should be raised by at least 20 Rotarians by selling tickets or through donations. 5. Also Discussed on upcoming Women 's day project mostly to be done on 5th March. The topic will be "Women at 40" - Dr. Mrs. Shobhana Palekar, Dr. Chitra Patkar, and a sports Doctor would be the guests. Also, ladies from various fields will be felicitated that Day. The program will be at Sindhi Panchayat Hall in Panvel. |
