| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Upcoming projects in the month of Jan were discussed. Detailed project list is posted in main group. 2. AOP draft was prepared and presented by PP Rtn. Manjushree Patwardhan. The draft was read by PP Rtn. Manoj Munot and accepted by all members present. It was also resolved to apply for new Club PAN and subsequently new bank account. 3. Following Fund Raising Events were discussed: A) Saree Run (First time in Panvel): Proposed event date: 19th February 2023 Budget is to be prepared and presented by next week. This event is in collaboration with Vienna Events, Thane. Vienna Events have already conducted such Saree Runs in 4-5 locations in and Mumbai. The expected fund raise from this event is Rs. 1,00,000 B) Hasya Kavi Sammelan (First Time in Panvel) Proposed Event Date: 1st or 2nd Week of March 2023 Budget is to be prepared and presented by next week. The expected expense for this event is around 4 lacs Targetted Fund raise from this event is double the expense, i.e. 8 lacs Suggestion by PP Rtn. Manoj Munot was to give a target of Rs. 25,000 per member to raise these 8 Lacs. 25000 can be in modes of sponsorships or ticket selling. This suggestion was seconded by majority of the members present for the meeting. 4. PP Rtn. Neeraj Kothari updated on the progress of Toilet Block construction. Material worth Rs. 40,000 has been procured and we are still in need of Rs. 20,000 to procure material and labour costs. 5. 3 schools have been identified for E-learning kits and 2 more are to be identified. If any member knows any school with a minimum strength of 50 students who may need E-learning kit, kindly contact PP Rtn. Manoj Munot.
