| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of Meeting: District Governor's Official Club Visit Date: Thursday, 22nd December 2022 Venue: Panvel Gymkhana, 52 Bungalow, Panvel. DG Visit Report: Segment 1: President & Secretary had a brief discussion with DG Rtn. Dr. Anil Parmar about the club compliances, membership, foundation, public image, youth, and service projects. Further, DG interacted with Rotaract President Rtr. Ananya Jain and Secretary Rtr. Yash Jain. Segment 2: The BOD Club assembly was conducted by President in the presence of DG where the BOD members discussed the work they have done in their respective avenues and their plans for the next 6 months. Segment 3: The general meeting started with the National Anthem, Light Lamping, and welcome of all the dignitaries. President Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite showcased the work done by the club in these 6 months through a presentation. A very proud moment for all the members when we could see our club ranked 6th among the 144 clubs in the district. Later, we felicitated the young Annets for their achievements in their respective fields. District Membership Director Rtn. Pankaj Patel felicitated newly inducted members this year and appreciated the sponsors of these members. DG's address was elaborate, inspiring, and motivational. He appreciated the work done by our President and the support of our club members. He also acknowledged the participation of new members in District Events as well as the club projects. He shared some innovative and new ideas to conduct meetings, engage and involve members, the importance of membership strength, and how donating to the rotary foundation benefits society.
