| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Required documents for AG Visit and consequently for DG Visit were discussed and informed to AG Rtn. Manoj Munot. The soft copies of the same will be submitted by 12th December upon which he shall verify and confirm the same. 2. He gave suggestions regarding membership growth & retention, updated us on The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Promotion He also acknowledged and appreciated the service projects done within these six months of 22-23 3. He explained the agenda for the DG visit scheduled on 22nd December 2022. He informed us about the important protocols to be followed. |
