Minutes of Meeting	Minutes of the Meeting: 1. Information on rescheduling of DG Visit & its preparation President Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite informed the Board members about the rescheduled DG Visit on 22nd December which was earlier planned on 1st December 2022 Rtn. Manoj Munot gave guidelines for the DG Visit report preparation 2. Information on Upcoming Projects in November. President Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite read the project for the month of November. Board approved them and will be declared in the general meeting for all the members. 3. Update on Box Cricket Event - Rtn. Rounak Surana & Rtn. Sachin Banthia It was decided in consensus that, Rtn. Sachin Banthia shall lead the project from front and carry out the required auction of the teams and Rtn. Rounak Surana shall speak with the sponsors for sponsorships. Both the Rotarians shall for a committee to work with them and execute the project together. 4. Update on Fund Raising Program - Rtn. Ashish Mehta/ Rtn. Hastimal Jain We are yet to put forward the required project report and gather the initial funds to initiate the project. 5. Updates from District, if any President Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite gave the updates on District Conference and TRF Seminar 6. Open Discussion (By Rotarians) A Club Committee of Rtn. Manoj Munot, Rtn. Shirish Joshi & Rtn. Manjushree Patwardhan was formed to initiate the Club PAN by forming and AOP This committee was approved by the board.
