| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of General Meeting #2 Date: 21.07.22 Venue: Panvel Gymkhana The meeting started with a brief introduction of Rotary International as an organisation by President Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite. Minutes of previous meeting were read by Secretary Rtn. Aditya Joshi Brief Report on completed projects was presented & Details of forthcoming projects in the month of July & August were read and discussed in detail. A calender of events and projects for July & August was shared on the group. We invited Mr. Girish Shastry, Partner in Oorja Systems and Consultants to talk on Recycling of Waste Plastic to useful Fuel Oil. We were indeed educated about the types of plastic thatvwe normally use and how is the process to recycle the single use and waste plastic back to its oil form. One day Picnic destination was finalized and announced. Monteria Resort on 7th August. Proposal to change the Rotary Club T-shirt was kept in the meeting for the members to decide and was passed by all the present members. IPP Rtn. Raj Munot made an appeal to all members to register for District Awards for RY 21-22 on 23rd July 2022 in Pune. Registration charges Rs. 800 per person. Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite also announced that our Club and AG Rtn. Manoj Munot shall be felicitated at the hands of RI President Rtn. Jennifer Jones on 22nd July 2022 at Marigold Banquets, Bavdhan, Pune. Registration is open for all members. A total of 15 Rotarians, 8 Anns, 3 Rotaractors, 1 Visiting Rotarian, 2 Annets and 2 Guests attended the meeting. The meeting concluded with Vote of Thanks by President Elect Rtn. Aditya Joshi Next General Meeting is a joint meeting with RC Panvel City on Thursday, 4th August 2022 at Panvel Gymkhana.
